Non-driven double-support self-lifting and self-aligning roll metal decoiler MOBIPROF RMS-1250 is designed for uncoiling rolls weighing up to 8,000 kg and up to 1,250 mm wide.
Manual mandrel expansion. Due to the handle, rotation and mutual synchronous expanding of support bars the coil are fixed fast and precisely. To install the roll, using the threaded nut, collapse the mandrel small enough to fit into the inside diameter of the coil. Slide the expandable mandrel into the center of the coil. Turn the threaded nut clockwise until the support bars on the arbor are just snug against the inside of the coil. Finish by rotating the threaded nut clockwise until the support bars are very tight against the inside of the coil. Move the side supports to the mandrel and using the threaded nut assembly on the side supports detach the roll from the floor.
The self-lifting mechanism of the metal decoiler allows using the decoiler both on industrial facilities, and on small construction sites where there are no lifting devices. The decoiler is also equipped with a braking device for the shaft rotation stop.
