Description

Roll forming machine Mobiprof VlnP.R19-39x205.Зv.07 is designed for production of “Drip eliminator” profile from thin-sheet galvanized steel 0,4-0,7 mm of thickness. “Drip eliminator” profile used in industrial air conditioning systems. 

The blanks cut to width and length are used for rolling, the operator feeds the workpiece onto the machine manually. To increase the capacity and automate the production process, the machine can be optionally equipped with a device for cutting the shapes into specific cut lengths (stationary hydraulically-operated guillotine) and automated control system. In this case band (strip) is used, and a decoiler is installed upstream of the machine.

Using the numeric control system the length of finished shapes and their quantity are set, and up to 10 production programs can be entered into memory.
