We present you a video of the automated line MOBIPROF for the production of the profile “Fence shutter PK-06.20х45-20х50.3v”, this line was sent to our customer in the city of Județ Suceava, Romania.

The automated line produces a metal fence shutter profile. Workpiece for profile must be a certain width and pre-cut into strips of the required length or coiled into a roll (strip). On the machine it is possible to roll galvanized steel, including coated and cold rolled steel. Calibration stand allows you to quickly and easily adjust the machine to work with a specific type and thickness of metal. The machine can work both in semi-automatic and automatic mode. In the semi-automatic mode of operation, the operator must press the start button and infeed the measured workpiece to the machine. In the automatic mode, the profiling machine is additionally completed with a shaped guillotine with a hydraulic actuator (stationary cut) for cutting the profile at the exit of the machine and an automatic control system (ACS), with the help of which the production program is entered (length and number of products). The finished profile is obtained with an accuracy of + - 1 mm. To unwind the tape additionally installed console unwinder.
