Standing seam rollforming machine SFP-1250

Standing seam roll forming machine SFP-1250 allows to produce high quality roof panels with double standing seam of 1,250 mm wide. The manufactured profiles may be either with single, or with double standing seam of straight or trapezoidal form. The profile width adjusted stepwise by moving the shaping rollers. The roll formed panels may be of various lengths and they are rolled in one pass.

Roll forming machine SFP-1250 allows to produce high quality roof panels of various widths and lengths from coil steel, copper and zinc-titanium right on a construction site as well as at a manufacturing facility. Six working mill stands with optimized configuration of shaping rollers combined with the last straightening stand ensures high quality of the produced roofing panels. During operation on a construction site standing seam roll forming machine SFP-1250 manufactures items for two teams simultaneously. To facilitate transportation and handling on site, the upper unit can be easily removed from the frame.
