Line for producing “Plastering angle” profile

Roll forming machine Mobiprof YP-23x23.1xR1.05 is designed to produce of “Plastering angle” profile used for plastering of surfaces. Workpiece must be pre-perforated, with a certain width and pre-catted of required length or coiled into roll (strip). Non-perforated band is shown in the video.

The machine is additionally equipped with numeric control system (NC) which is used for entry of a production program (length and quantity of items) and profile pneumatic guillotine (stationary cut) for cutting profile at the end of the machine. The profile length accuracy is ±1 mm in repetition over 4m.

The calibration mill stand allows performing a quick fine-adjustment for necessary thickness and metal type.
