Omega channel rollforming machine

SPO roll forming machines are designed for production of omega- (furring) cannels. Steel blank shall be pre cutted for required length and width or coiled into a roll (strips). The incoming flat width can be changed within narrow range (up to 15 mm) for some shape types using entry movable guides.

One omega- (furring) channel machine produces only one type of shape. The maximum capacity rolling thickness of metal is 2.0 mm, shape height is 80 mm.

For forming of the coiled steel, the omega channel machine can be fitted with shear and automatic control system with operator touchpad, which increases its productivity several times. The operator touchpad makes the process of parameter entry and monitoring much easier, and allows to memorize up to 10 different operation modes.

• roof and wall battens, facades sub-construction substructure;
• greenhouse frames (arch shape);
• fences;
• scaffoldings.
