С- or U- chanels roll forming machine

SPP and SPS series roll forming machines are designed for production of U- and C- channels from strip or coiled metal.

Workpiece for U- channels shall be pre-cuted for specific width and length or coiled into a coil (strips). In the latter case, the machine can optionally be equipped with a profiled guillotine with pneumatic or hydraulic drive (depending on metal thickness) for cutting the finished profile and numerical control on color touch screen (CNC) allowing a significant production speed increase.

NC is equipped with operator touchpad enabling entry of up to 10 different programs of the required product lengths and product quantity into the machine memory. One machine is designed for manufacture of only one chanel type.

Several modifications are produced. They allow manufacturing shapes with maximum thickness of 2.0 mm, width up to 350 mm and height up to 80 mm.

U- and C- channels applications:

• bulkhead;
• beams;
• slabs;
• frame system;
• reinforcement chanels;
• hand railings, enclosures, forms.
