Window trim roll former

PK series shaping machines are designed for production of “Window trim” profile made of coiled galvanized steel or steel with polymer coating, 0.4 to 0.6 mm thick.

Six working stands with optimized configuration of forming rollers combined with the last straightening stand ensures high quality of the produced items. Jointly treated bearing and polished supports for obtaining the required bearing hole positioning precision ensure high rigidity, ideal parallelism and alignment of the machine shafts for window trim bending.

The rolling of the workpiece is performed in two passes - one side at a time. To facilitate transportation and handling on site, the upper unit can be easily removed from the frame. с рамы.
