Line for producing L- shaped profiles

YP series shaping machines are designed to produce L- shaped profiles (angles) from metal strip.

L- profile blanks must be a certain width and pre-catted of required length or a rolled up strip.

The angle roll-forming machine designed to produce one profile type. The size of the produced shape is adjusted by movement of the guides. The system of self-adjustment to the used metal thickness is provided in the machine. It operates by means of springs making the machine operation easier. The calibration mill stands allows setting up the machine for operation with a particular metal type simply and quickly.

The metal angle production machine can be optionally equipped with a profile guillotine and numeric control system (NC) allowing to produce shapes of the desired length accurate within 1 mm. The guillotine performs wasteless cut, decreasing the raw material cost.
