Zv.R Flat hem roll former

Zv.R series roll forming machines is used for manufacture of a workpiece with turned edges using cold shaping method.. The main difference from machine Zv-05 is the possibility of rolling the workpiece in a single pass.

The user-friendly machine design allows quick switching over between the strip widths. It is performed by rotating the handle, during its rotation one support with rollers moves, the other does not move.

The machine can operate with copper, aluminium, zinc-titanium, galvanized steel, including that with polymer coating. The Adjustment of the gaps for a needed metal thickness is done automatically. This function allows you to roll form metal without manual readjustment and do it in automatic mode.

The compact size and light weight allow carrying and using it easily not only in the shop, but also on a construction project.

The movable entry guides at the machine allow the insignificant adjustment of sizes of the edges to be turned.
