Shaped rings roll forming machine

MOBIPROF CUU15х18-74.10 roll forming machine is designed to produce metal shaped rings from galvanized steel сapacity up to 1,0 mm.

The ring cross-section is U-shape with flanges folded at 45°. This product is used in the assembly of brushes for automotive harvesting equipment.

The diameter of the ring is adjusted manually by means of a special device at the output, the minimum diameter of 110 mm.the punching device with a pneumatic drive, located at the entrance of the machine, allows you to obtain a groove in the tape, necessary for further installation of the rings.

The distance between the holes, shape length and quantity of finished items are set on the operator touchpad which also allows entering and storing up to 10 production programs.

An electrically-operated cantilever decoiler is installed additionally for uncoiling the band.
