Curtain rod blinds roll former

Roll forming machines for “Curtain rod blinds" profile, for production of special shapes applied in design of horizontal aluminium blinds. One type of profile is manufactured on one machine. Workpiece shall be pre-cuted for required width and length or coiled into a coil (strips).

The curtain rod blinds machine rolls galvanized steel with polymer coating, 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm thick. The calibration mill stand allows setting up the machine for operation with a particular metal type and thickness simply and quickly.

The polished roller surface prevents from the blank damaging during rolling.

To be able to operate in automatic mode, the curtain rod blinds roll forming machine is additionally equipped with a pneumatically operated shaped guillotine shear (flying cut) for cutting the shapes at the machine outlet and the numerical control system (CNC) which is used to enter a production program (length and quantity of items). The finished shape precision is ±1 mm. An open side decoiler is installed additionally for feeding band (strip) into the machine.
