Shaped rings roll forming machine CUU-K420

The machine is designed for production of metal shaped rings 1,5 mm thick metal shape rings.Using the numeric control system the length of profile and it's quantity can be seted, and up to 10 programs can be memorized.

An open side decoiler is installed additionally upstream of the machine for uncoiling the coiled strip. The strip passing through a set of rollers is forming into a specified shape. At the machine outlet, the straight shape is bending into a ring of a definite diameter using a special device. The ring diameter is preliminarily set manually. Once it is cut on the guillotine, the ring is easily pushed from the working zone by the pusher.

The ring cross-section is a U- profile with different flanges. This product is used as a garbage chute of cylindrical channel of the Sandwich-type.
