Line for Metal Palisade Pales production

“Metal picket fence” series machines are designed for production of metal “Palisade Pales” the main components of palisade fencing. A specific cut length flat or band made of galvanized, cold-rolled black steel, as well as steels with polymer coating are used as a blank. Metal thickness varies from 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm.

A machine for the production of metal fence (eurometal fence) can operate in semi-automatic and automatic mode. In semi-automatic mode operator should press “Start” button and provide feeding of workpiece with a pre-cuted length and width into the machine. In the automatic mode, the line shall comprise a band decoiler for feeding metal into the machine, a device for cutting the profiles into specific cut lengths (flying 3D guillotine) and automated control system. Profile 3-D guillotine in one cut makes the bottom of the profile straight, and the top of the profile with a given contour.

A metal picket fence machine produces one type of preliminarily agreed profile. Our company can manufacture a custom-built machine to produce “Palisade Pales” profile according to the drawing of your profile of the following types:
