Standing seam roll forming machine SFPR-NC

Standing seam roll forming machine SFPR-NC with numerical control alows to produce roof panels of straight, trapezoidal and conic shapes are available with double or single standing seam. Built-in numericsl control system (NCS) with user-friendly interface allows to automate the process of profile production. Optional touchpad allows programming and storing up to 10 production programs in the memory.

The machine features quick stepless blank width adjustment within 150-700 mm. When the handle is rotated using two screw pairs, the movable carrier move with shaping rollers. As standard, the machine is equipped with a system of self-adjusting to thickness of used coiled and sheet metal (steel, including that with polymer coating, copper, including patinated one, aluminium, and zinc-titanium).
