Garden bed guarding roll forming machine

Mobiprof SPS-225x20-80x80.05 roll forming machine is designed to produce C- chanel, which is used as a garden seedbed fences posts. As a workpiece can be used cold-rolled galvanized steel with polymer coating. 

The machine can operate both in semi-automatic and in automatic mode. In semi-automatic mode operator should press “Start” button and provide feeding of specific cut length blanks into the machine. In the automatic mode the line comprises a decoiler for feeding band into the machine, a device for cutting the shapes into specific cut lengths (pneumatically-operated stationary guillotine) and automated control system.

Using the automated control system the length of finished shapes and their quantity are set, and up to 10 production programs can be entered into memory.
