Line for producing screed strip (spackling angle)

Roll forming machine MCh-10х23.05 is designed to produce “screed strip/spackling angle” profile is used for plastering of surfaces. Workpiece must be pre-perforated and have specified width and required length or to be coiled into a roll (strips).

The machine is additionally equipped with numeric control system on color touch screen (NC) for quick programing (length and quantity of items) and shaped pneumatic guillotine (stationary cut) for cutting profiles at way out of the machine. The profile length accuracy is ±2 mm in repetition over 4m.

The calibration mill stand allows setting up the machine for operation with a particular metal type and thickness simply and quickly.

A custom build roll forming machine based on the customer’s drawings can be manufactured.
