Motorized cantilever decoiler KR-2,0 NC

Motorized cantilever decoiler KR-2,0 NC is designed for uncoiling a band up to 350 mm wide and a coil weight up to 2,000 kg.

It is applied in combination with stamping, shaping or other production lines. The decoiler is equipped with an electric drive and a closed-loop control system for monitoring of the operation speed. A sensor is used to analyze the loop sagging level, depending on it the drive speed is controlled smoothly and steplessly. The operation is free of jerks and overloads, which allowed decreased the drive power and, respectively, the power consumption.

A distinctive feature of the roll decoiler is fully automated self alighment of the coil. When a button on the control panel is pressed, 3 suport bars move synchronically. The presence of restrainers allows uncoiling narrow band. To avoid impact loads, 2 protection options are stipulated in the design: mechanical - friction type overload clutch with frictional torque adjustment, and electrical - frequency converter smoothly controls electric motor speed.
