Line for growing gutter production

TL series roll forming machines for producing growing gutter shapes from galvanized steel with polymer coating, 0.5 to 0.7 mm thickness, applied in a greenhouse facility for growing crops using hydroponics technology.

The roll-forming machine equipped with calibration mill stands, allowing performing a quick fine-adjustment for necessary thickness and metal type. Availability of additional gear wheels and side idle rollers provides rolling of shape of ideal configuration. Application of specialized independent rotating shaping rollers allows significant reduction of power consumption.

Strip of required width and length used as workpiece. The incoming strip width can be changed within narrow range (up to 10 mm) for some shape types using movable entry guides at the machine.

Optionally installed wheels with a braking mechanism, manual transversal cutter and metal decoiler make the machine operation process into a convenient mobile production of trays for the whole bay of greenhouse facility.
