Standing seam machine SFPR

Roll forming machine SFPR manufactured by MOBIPROF allows to produce high quality roof panels with double or single standing seam of various widths and lengths from coil steel, on a job site as well as at a manufacturing facility.

The major feature of the machine is stepless width adjustment from 320 mm to 700 mm conveniently via handwheel. When the handwheel is rotated using two screw pairs, the movable carriers with shaping rollers move synchronically.

The machine operates with all roofing metal types: coiled and sheet steel, (galvanized steel, steel coated with copper, zinc-titanium, etc.).

Six profiling mill stands with optimized configuration of shaping rollers combined with the last straightening mill stand ensures high quality of the produced roofing panels.

During operation on a construction site, standing seam roll forming machine SFP-700 manufactures items for two teams simultaneously. To facilitate transportation and handling on site, the profiling unit can be easily removed from the frame. To ensure the roofing worker’s safety and protect the shaping mechanism, the machine is equipped with a protective cover.
