T- purlin roll forming machine

The line is intended for profiling of T-channels from thin-sheet galvanized steel from 1,5 to 3,0 mm of thickness. Application of vertical calibration mill stand in the design allows not only performing quick readjustment of the machine for a new metal type and thickness, but also to significantly reduce its overall dimensions. The machine is equally good in rolling shapes both of galvanized and black, and stainless steel.

Т-channels is used in framework systems of ventilated building facade.

For production of profiles made of strips (coil) the roll forming machine can be optionally equipped with a shaped guillotine and numeric control (NC) allowing to produce batches of profiles of the desired length accurate within 1 mm. The guillotine performs wasteless cut, decreasing the raw material cost. The operator touchpad makes the process of parameter entry and monitoring much easier, and allows entering into the memory up to 10 different operation modes.

Shape blanks shall have specified width and be pre-cut into workpiece of required length or coiled into a roll (strips).
